In this workshop/posture clinic we will:
Breakdown poses to get a better understanding of the pose and why we cue what we cue.
I will give you the formula for teaching “Yoga” with “Asana”
We will talk about Modifications and Variations of postures in order to make the pose (and the practice) available to all bodies.
I will discuss language to allow a deeper experience within the pose.
There will be plenty of Q and A throughout the workshop. I will also be available for individual questions at the end.
It is my intention for you to leave this workshop
feeling more confident and empowered
whether you’re a yoga student or yoga teacher!

As always, I will be ending the workshop with a Yoga Nidra to support the integration of the information shared

*There are no required books for this workshop, however I will be using the poses from my book, “Cues for Yoga: Clear Language to Guide the Practice” so if you already have your copy – Bring It! You can add even more inspired cues to its pages!
