Set up for Yoga Nidra

Make sure you are as comfortable as possible.

Give your body as much support as you need in order to be supremely comfortable.

Find a quiet space where you can relax and rest deeply.

SUGGESTIONS TO BEST SUPPORT YOUR YOGA NIDRA EXPERIENCE:

Add height under the knees to support the lower back.

Place an eye pillow or scarf over the eyes.
