WHAT TO EXPECT:
Break down of yoga postures and cueing in “Cues for Yoga: Clear Language to Guide the Practice” (book is not required but if you’d like to purchase a copy I will have some for sale the day of the event)
List of “transition words” to help remove repetitive “filler” words like: From Here and Go Ahead
Yoga practice with clear, concise cueing to inspire your own practice and teaching
We will end this workshop with a Yoga Nidra in order to integrate all the information received
This workshop is eligible for 4 hours of Continuing Education Credits with Yoga Alliance
