  • Spirit of Yoga 1420 East Southern Avenue Tempe, AZ, 85282 United States (map)

How many times have you wanted to shoutout in a yoga class, “IS THIS RIGHT”!?!

Join me October 14th where I will be breaking down yoga poses to help you better understand the alignment principles of the pose, how to modify and use props to support your body and even add variations that take your poses to another level.

Do you feel pain in yoga poses and you’re not sure how best to support yourself?

Do you wonder how to use props effectively, creating space in the pose to go further and/or support yourself where you are?

Are you interested in understanding challenging poses like arm balances and how to best support your own body in these shapes?

This workshop is for Yoga Students at any level and understanding.

It is also a powerful posture lab for Yoga Teachers to receive an in-depth breakdown of poses so you can better support your students.
